JOBS
We are currently hiring hard working and enthusiastic crew members for the 2023 season! Find job listings and application instructions below.

Longer Table Farm (formerly Blue Leg Farms) is a young, certified organic farm located in Sonoma County, CA, just ten minutes' drive from both downtown Sebastopol and Santa Rosa. We cultivate thirteen acres focusing on production of head lettuce, salad greens, peppers, cucurbits, tomatoes, cut flowers, and various other market crops for wholesale and farmer’s markets. We aim to grow the highest quality produce by nurturing our soils and the whole farm ecosystem through regenerative farm practices.
Our seasonal field crew is integral to the success of the farm. Seasonal field crew members will be joining an existing crew that is excited to work and grow together on the farm. Most tasks are done as a team so there are lots of fun times to be had! Days can be long, hot and strenuous so a positive attitude and strong work ethic are musts. We strive to foster our crew members’ passions and strengths on the farm and offer transparency on a profitable small farm business model. All positions include unlimited fresh produce for regular home use. We do not offer on-farm housing, and cannot accommodate dogs on the farm.
